"I enjoyed this movie. The ending was interesting, I thought it could have been better. But it did make sense."

Though I've always hated the ending, the one that's slightly abusive gets to stay. And again there's this whole "oh we're so in love" but literally you have the power to bring someone back and choose not to. "Oh daddy's fine stuck in a wall, better there than telling me how I'm not supposed to use your powers to get what I want. Now there's this bitch in the pta thats always wanted to live underground and never be found again." Also, anyone considered what it's going to be like when he hits puberty?"

"Not what I was expecting but it was really good. The plot is amazing and Jacob tremblay did an amazing job as always. "

"Just to start things off this movie is a downer. That said, it is also one the best horror movies I've seen in years. It simultaneously does a great job at keeping tension high in moments where you need it to be, and low when it needs to be more serious. It also does a great job at reserving the jump scares for when you aren't ready for them. There are multiple times during this movie that I had to put my hand over my heart to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack. The characters are also very realistic and likeable. I think we can all agree that both of the parents in this movie are parents we wish we would have had growing up. It may sound like I'm gushing much more than I need to about this movie, but it's genuinely really good. Definitely worth a watch."
