"This film started out with all the right pieces for a good thriller: strong acting, an engaging plot, a literally chilling atmosphere, a backstory setting up the killer's psychosis, terribly flawed people, and incredibly driven detectives. But the film just didn't deliver. The gathering of all the clues to each murder was more thrilling than the actual solving of the crime. There were too many pieces left out of the puzzle when it was finally solved. Too bad. 😞"

I feel it was badly made, the special effects were from 20 years ago, the events in the story didn’t follow a logical sequence - so sometimes it felt it was just a bunch of random scenes put together.
