For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers... permanently.

"*sigh* okay this movie could be good, there is so much to talk about/make fun of when it comes to bad bosses but like…why did they have to do the whole grape joke stuff, which just puts a bad taste in my mouth..when are we gonna get over the whole “joke” of men getting graped it’s tiresome, disgusting and just weird. It’s a no from me dog. "

"This is absolutely one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. I watched it years ago and then decided to watch it again the other day and then watch the second movie, which I hadn't seen yet. Then I watched it AGAIN yesterday with my daughter. I laughed just as hard as I did the first and second times I saw it. Jennifer Aniston is such a foul and ***** sexual harrasser and she's really, REALLY good at it. Kevin Spacey will forever be one of my favorite actors of all time. He plays psychotic to a T. Gorgeous Colin Farrell is not very gorgeous here. He's a creepy, cokehead who is racist and hates fat and handicapped people. Actually, if you aren't a hot chick he can fk, he hates you, too. And he has a DT comb-over that's really grody. Jamie Foxx is a lowlife criminal with terrible negotiating skills. Be prepared to laugh!
As for the three besties, Nick, Kurt, and Dale (nickkurtdale.com), they are possibly the best comedic trio I've ever seen. Jason Bateman is the man but with Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis, he's the boss man.
If you have a problem with really foul language and sexual improprities, this is NOT the movie for you. If you love to laugh your ass off and aren't offended by this kind of humor, WATCH THIS MOVIE!!!"
