"Is this movie amazing..no but the ideas it has where really cool and they way the Implemented the invisibility was super interesting, well at least in the first half of the film, then it kinda gets a little silly and maybe drawn out after awhile..there’s Definitely some things that could of been cut down or scraped all together to make this movie move smoother. But overall I’d say it’s a fun watch with good performances and really interesting ideas on display."
"Horrortober 2022 Day 23 The Invisible Man is a crafty slick visceral Syfy thriller/horror that does an excellent job of creating terror without even seeing anything on the screen. The way this man stalks this woman is pure psychological torture. Anything that Elizabeth Moss acts In I will watch. It’s funny because the first time I saw this I didn’t even pay attention to Moss performance. This was right before I started watching Handmaids Tale and discovered just how incredible an actor she is. She didn’t get named “Queen of Peak Tv” for nothing. She kills almost every role she plays. It has to be terrifying to have a invisible abuser. This really speaks to women and the way there concerns are so often rendered invisible. Even though this has been done before this film takes a innovative approach from all its predecessors and flips the original perspective. This is the true meaning of gaslighting somebody. So much to the point that you look crazy. The score also feels very eerie and Menacing. The way it’s shot and the camera angles also help carry the presence of an invisible stalker. Elizabeth Moss is just took good at playing these dark survivor roles. "
