Viktor Navorski is a man without a country; his plane took off just as a coup d'etat exploded in his homeland, leaving it in shambles, and now he's stranded at Kennedy Airport, where he's holding a passport that nobody recognizes. While quarantined in the transit lounge until authorities can figure out what to do with him, Viktor simply goes on living – and courts romance with a beautiful flight attendant.

"Beautiful and heartwarming, now one of my favorite movies! Tom Hanks never disappoints "

"This is one of the cringiest films I’ve seen. There’s just not enough suspense of disbelief in human body to go along with that premise. And that made-up country! 🤦♂️ but of course it all pales once Tom Hanks opens his mouth and starts talking in that fake language and with that accent, it was just violently embarrassing."
"Get that man an interpreter!! What an awful situation to be in! Probably worse in the terminal because everyone is really in transit and won’t stop to help. Tom Hanks keeps it light and helps us forget that he is basically being treated like someone less than. "

"All that needs to be said… it’s a Tom Hanks movie. Have to say too, I think k@this is the first time I saw Diego Luna in a movie and he is wonderful too. Really good actor that needs more exposure in my opinion. I hope you watch and enjoy it. "
