"Wife asked me to point out how the man is literally teleporting random places along with his car. This guy appears off terrain in random places, knows to cut down trees before people even drive those paths, and keeps being everywhere. I expected him to be part of a giant cloned hivemind he'd be right behind her so many times despite how she went down rapids or washed up random places. He's rolling a nat 20 every time. He took every turn despite not seeing her take those. Man would be a beast in DnD."
"Thriller that exemplifies the scariest parts of the stalker-turned-kidnapper trope. Beginning is absolutely great- starts quickly, keeps you guessing, genuinely suspenseful. Last half is suspenseful, although less realistic, but still entertaining. The ending is not bad, but very classic horror/thriller in that it just ends. Loved the setting, the antagonist is unsettling, but I think the MC deserves more depth (she has a great foundation). A satisfying suspense. "
"The initial set up was pretty suspenseful. It was clear the man was bad news it was just a matter of how it would play out. They had a nice little cat and mouse thing going. However they made them smart when they wanted them to be and dumb when they wanted to keep the story going. No way a veteran abductor would make the mistakes he made. Once she got the upper hand I don't think she allows him to recover. Just alot of situations that don't ring true. Great job of building the suspense with a solid ending. Not great but better than the average from this genre. Please check out my podcast Mostly Low Budget Reviews with Clarence for a full break down. Link is in the bio. Thank you!"

"A tense psychological horror/thriller, starring Jules Willcox, Marc Menchaca and a brief appearance by Anthony Heald, that unfolds in 4 acts. Willcox/Jessica tries to regroup by moving out of the city after a personal tragedy has left her emotionally scarred. She doesn't get very far before she encounters our antagonist played by Menchaca. There's no time-shifting backstory although we do find out the cause of her despair midway through the movie. As with most movies of this genre there are many moments of frustration brought on by Jessica's actions. It also has its share of unbelievable moments. I feel both MCs did a solid job: She looked genuinely scared and he was a genuine, creepy bad guy. There's nothing Oscar worthy here and there are no crazy plot twists, but it's a decent film with enough edge of your seat moments to keep you interested. Watch it at night, near a fireplace with a loved one, or Alone. I'd watch it again and would recommend it to anybody that doesn't like to dissect every movie they watch as of they're taking inventory of a cadaver frog, while others are using it as a vehicle for entertainment. I know far too many people like that and I won't watch movies with them. They're akin to people that have no business using a drive through at fast food restaurants, and I won't entertain that either. On a side note, I think Menchaca looks like the trilaminate love child of Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Sudeikis and Gary Cole/ Bill Lumbergh in this film."
