I really liked their chemistry around the middle and the things he does for her are absolutely swoon worthy. The ending felt very rushed and was unsatisfying. Ava and Mabel felt tragically underdeveloped, as did the explanation of their relationship. I’d read the spicy romantic scenes again, but not much else.

Cecelia OsborneFREYA HAS DONE IT AGAIN! This has to be the best iteration of “tangled web of moving pieces” to “tying up all the knots to create an idyllic ending that makes PERFECT SENSE” ever. I’ll never get tired of Marske’s voice and even though Robin and Edwin still have my heart, these Blorbos have indeed joined them in an adjacent room.
