"amazing story, emotional roller coaster, acting was superb in particular the little Alice (such a talented girl). It’s very difficult to understand how someone would stay in an abusive relationship but when you look at how they get sucked in using emotional and psychological tricks, you can easily understand the fear that builds slowly and the self sabotage talk. I have to say this is one show that showed me a better understanding of why some people stay in an abusive relationship and what type of courage it takes to break through. I was even scared for Alice in a few instances! One star off only because it could be slow at times but an eye opener for sure. "
