I love Batman, but how many time will they redo that series?! 🤦‍♀️ This show opens the door for more DC characters including the robins like Jason Todd and Tim drake. The first season was a bit cheesy but other wise I really enjoy the show!"

khari_ty_hardin shared a tip "I’m a pretty big fan of this minus a few details. Don’t start this expecting it to be like the animated show we all know. It’s not. Yes, it’s similar but there’s many differences. In my opinion it’s the adult version. Blood, language, etc. would recommend it tho."

I think why I liked it so much was because I started it thinking that it was going to be like CWs the Flash, or Supergirl- kind of, of that production and universe, but this is not like those shows, and is not within it’s universe. Personally I thought the acting, cinematography, and choreography of the fight scenes were amazing. The first and second season have different vibes, but both were good. Although the beginning of the second season was missing some direction"

I loved the cartoon so much growing up that I started reading comics just to get more of the Teen Titans and more grown Titans but this show reads as so try-hard to me. Like it’s trying to hang on to that Christopher Nolan edginess that just doesn’t vibe with the Titans to me. I like the cast overall though I wish they got two actors the same age for Beast Boy and Raven. It’s kind of weird that they cast a minor in the show at all given the tone."

epkimberly shared a tip "Just binged the first season, and I am hooked! I like the grittiness of the show, and I especially love DickGrayson's storyline about trying to break away from Robin and find his own path. This was waaay better than I thought it would end up being."

alison_hesse shared a tip "Pretty good but don't expect the Batman to be a happy, joking place, Batman is viewed as basically an abusive dad and is looked down on rather than the adopting strays father type that's often potrayed in fandom and the like. Otherwise its pretty good"

aes shared a tip "Its different from the usual "teen titans." Nightwing (robin) and starfire are older and cyborg isn't in it at all that I saw. Its also darker and more gritty. It has more violence and grey morals. It's an amazing show, it just wasn't what I expected going in to it."

justcallmeemily shared a tip "Aside from the writing being meh, the actual show is actually pretty good. I had gotten connected to Rachel (Raven), Dick Grayson (Nightwing/First Robin), and Garfield (Beast Boy) almost immediately. Overall I'd say 8/10 for what I've seen so far."
