"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/4 Good show, much better than the movie. As a huge fan of the book this almost did it justice. Great leads, some nice updating but a lot changes of course. Edgier but also a bit of weird cringe (was THAT scene really necessary?). It drew me in though and maintained a nice level of tension that made it a good binge. "

"I read the book many years ago, and saw the previous movie. I have only a vague memory of the movie which probably says enough. This mini series though is fabulous! I absolutely loved it. I think it does a good job addressing the questionable areas of the story (grooming). I think it is graphically beautiful, and engaging. 5/5 "
