"4.5⭐️ I was so surprised at how good this is. Compelling, horrifying and just plain weird, but also a sad commentary on how police choose to respond and investigate, or not, based on confirmation bias. You’d think by now they would be trained in solid procedures that must be utilized no matter gut feeling. With people’s lives at stake how can one official just decide on their own what to believe and how to proceed? My home town police department was featured and I was just so happy to see they actually do have ethics, protocols and at least one very cool detective. I watch very little true crime, it’s just not my thing, and I almost didn’t stick with this one. Once I realized where it was leading I was glad I chose it to watch. This is right up there with the top notch Amanda Knox documentary. "

"A quick binge watch documentary. Only 3 episodes. I can't say much about it without spoiling it, but it's a wild story and some of the participants reacted strangely to the circumstances surrounding this crime. It definitely held my attention the whole way through. 8/10"
