"I think this is my new favourite Tessa Bailey read! I love the banter between the main characters and the main conflict was well done! Love a marriage of convenience and the enemies to lovers elements. Also great spice through out that didn’t take away from the story. I give it a 4.5. The only thing that took me out was the short timeline of the story taking place over only a few weeks. 2.5-3/5 spice level. "
"I love august cates my goodness! tessa bailey really knocked it out of the park with this one - I didn’t enjoy the first book of this series as much but I’m really happy about this one! an enemies to lovers, sorta rivals, he falls first (and hard), marriage of convenience novel GAH it was so good! one thing is I sorta wish that they had worked through their issues separately and not just depend on each other - to show a bit more healthy if a relationship but other than that I loved it!! - also AH THE SPICE"
"Spoiler(?)I cannot explain how much I love his love for her! Is that a spoiler? Hope not, anyways, this book made me so giddy and it had a satisfying end to it too!! Great read if you’re into slow country life romances. "
