"Potential spoilers for the story! 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t 100% hate this movie the look and overall atmosphere is extremely captivating also Nick Cage does a stellar job with his performance…it’s just the story I have a problem with. Mandy herself was the more engaging likable character and I wish this was her revenge story that she was actively taking part in I think I would of liked this movie so much more if that where the case. I hate that she had to be the sacrificial lamb for a weak man’s ego..like I it get story wise and why it’s that way but I don’t have to like it. I wish they turned that narrative on it’s head instead of doing the obvious in that case. I suppose in the end she got her revenge vicariously but I hate when interesting women have to die. But I will say the best thing to come from this movie is that gosh dang cheddar goblin commercial what an amazing little side bit. I guess I would recommend this movie despite my dislike of it, it’s a unique movie that needs to be experienced and we need to challenge the movie status quo and this dose just that…I can tip my hat to that."
"I just had to turn this off after 30 minutes. Atrocious, literally unwatchable. "

"this movie had so much going for it. i had good acting, beautiful cinematography, and a compelling story. unfortunately, dor me, it was WAY too slow - and i dont mind slow movies really, and i though the dialogue was too low and soft to hear at rhe beginning which made me lose interest several times on several attempts to watch this movie. today i finally made it through. the movie is very good, but you have to push through how slow it is."
"What a trippy movie. Fever dream definitely sums it up. Twisted, even. This movie made me uncomfortable in the most vehement manner possible. The only part of this movie that didn’t give me anxiety was Nicholas Cage, which is odd because up until this movie he has always given me the creeps. He won me over with this one. "
