"These movies just keep getting harder to watch. The only thing that ever changes with marvel movies is the cinematography. The cinematography is good. The story is the same as every other marvel movie. Inoffensive and nothing really changes. The CG is randomly occasionally terrible as well? I don't understand that when you have unlimited Disney money. This will be the last one I watch for a long time. "

I could talk about the stupid story beats that shouldn’t have been the main crux of the story like Dr. Strange “not getting the girl,” that he already accepted the relationship ending in the first movie or the haphazard attempt to put American Chavez backstory in even though she really deserved her own solo movie or how Wanda characterization goes back and forth between a unredeemable to sympathetic villain (I kill nameless people but I’m still cordial lol). This movie tries to do too much badly so and I’m not satisfied with scenes reminiscent of evil dead… 🤷🏿‍♂️ "

"4/10 I had very high hopes for this movie, I was let down tremendously. This is barely a multiverse movie and the only madness going on was the script and the injustice done to America Chavez. She’s such a great hero and yet here she was just used as a MacGuffin. The script was all over the place and I really wish they would have let Sam Raimi have more control over this project he could have brought his crazy horror genius so much more here. If you want a good multiverse movie with lots of madness, go watch Everything Everywhere All At Once :)"
