He’s not living in a cool future of flying cars, cybernetic implants, or East Asia’s economic dominance but this cyberpunk is based on loneliness, isolation, drug abuse, intentions, insanity, and ultimately the aspirations for change that our current technology brings. I don’t care for knowing actors but Rami Malek sells being a cyberpunk in the 21st century. Dead end IT job indirectly supporting the Megacorp that you want to rage against. Season one is pure gold but later on seasons get bogged down but the *Fight Club*. I’d still recommend just for the first season and maybe you’d like newer seasons more than me. "

"1st season was amazing! Season 2 was not so great! TW: guns, shooting, psychological. It was hard to watch, just the second season had nothing to do with the hacking and was more on the real stop ship of Elliot and his passed father. The plot twist was amazing in season 1 but season 2 just kept going with more plot twist which made it overwhelming and just straight up confusing! Season 1 just was amazing, I binge watched it! It was so good as it just described economic, government, and class power! I loved it! "Mr. Robot is a cool little show with good acting and a active/engaging story. You truly don’t know what’s going to happen next and it doesn’t help we have a unreliable narrator but that’s what makes it so interesting and Rami Maleks creepy little face (no offense he cute just those eyes 👁👁) works really well for his mental illness stricken character to a tee. "
