faith_beltran shared a tip "Definitely different than the typical green monster cartoons and TV show him to be. It's really interesting, and you can see the battle Victor goes through"
lil-farrah shared a tip "10/10"
amellia_rosewood shared a tip "This book was not what society gave us. It is about a tortured soul which is that of Victor Frankenstein. Frankensteins monster was often portrayed as a man with no place in the world and void of love or acceptance. That only scratches the surface. Victor frankenstein a lover of science delves himself into what would be considered now morbid fascination . He loses himself in the process of bringing life into the world in the most unnatural way possible."
stegozel_osaurus shared a tip "I love other classics like Shakespeare's Macbeth and Othello, but I also tend to like young adult stuff. mostly fantasy like the Knight and Rogue series and Rule by Ellen Goodlett!"

nicole_9597 shared a tip "No problem"
kristin_65 shared a tip "I really liked this one! My English teacher in 8th grade dug so deep into this and got us to read between the lines and question who the monster is. I loved the unit about this book in school."
amanda_steffen_5522 shared a tip "It was first published in 1818"
elizabeth_balado shared a tip "Your welcome, and yeah it’s really good"
nicole_hyaty shared a tip "It can be a little hard to recognize who's perspective the story is in at times but this story is amazing. There's more to it than just a 'science experiment gone wrong.' In the end it has you contemplating who the real monster was throughout the whole story, and spoiler alert, it's not the creature but Frankenstein himself."
torie_rathke shared a tip "I could not put it down, such a good classic."
luke_schultz shared a tip "The Creature deserved better."
patricia_greenway shared a tip "I am not big on horror movies but I was pleasantly surprised by this classic"
stephanie_gillam shared a tip "Not for me. I'm glad I read it but I don't understand the hype, the story is very slow paced and not much happens. Maybe that's because Frankenstein tends to be built up as a "spooky" or "horror" classic and it's far more sad then scary. But even being aware that it's not quite what media has made it out to be over the years, I still found it boring to read."
