From the bestselling author of Icebreaker.... When Russ and Aurora cross paths at a university party, a drinking game ends with them spending the night together. The next day, Aurora slips away before Russ learns her full name. This anonymity ends when they both turn up to their first day of work as camp counsellors. A job they had both chosen to escape Maple Hills for the summer. Given their history, there’s still an obvious tension between the two but the camp has a strict “no staff fraternizing” rule. Russ doesn’t want to risk heading home early but Aurora has never been one for rules. As things heat up, they'll have to resist or risk starting something they just can’t stop. Not suitable for younger readers.

"Going into this one I was just so afraid it wouldn't live up to my expectations, because I loved Icebreaker, but I would just like to say that this book did not disappoint! It was so good! This book was the perfect mix of spicy and fluffy and I am so here for it! 10/10 would recommend! I already can't wait for the third book!"
"3.25/5 ⭐️ I loved Icebreaker even on a reread and was really hoping this one would be as good to me but unfortunately it just didn’t hit the same. It was fine. Honestly all of the things I loved so much in the first books were sparse in this one. I loved the grumpy sunshine dynamic in the first book and didn’t find the character dynamics to be as strong in this one. Daddy issues was like the number one characteristic for both of them. I also loved the college setting and I got super bored with the camp setting. Sneaking around a camp full of kids isn’t romantic or sexy. Speaking of, icebreaker has a fantastic level of spice. Like such a good amount and it was good spice. This book had WAY less but was similar in length so there were just more scenes that honestly felt unnecessary. 1.5/5 spice level. I also expected more from this book as it is traditionally published and I read icebreaker when it was on KU. The writing quality was meh, there were typos and the writers British phrases showed up quite a few times. Overall it was good but it didn’t hold a candle to Icebreaker in my opinion. "
"“Russ Callaghan can call me a good girl anytime“ SAAAAAAAME GIRL. Loved it from the start. I never thought someone could be better than Nate Hawkins. But Russ Callaghan set the bar pretty damn high. The characters are great. Fluffy romance. Had me giggling, screaming and kicking my feet the entire time. "
"AH stop this was so good! as people have said, there was less spice and more plot than icebreaker. russ and aurora are so freaking adorable and learn to have such a healthy relationship (which is sometimes hard to find in romances haha)! a camp, small-town, one night stand to more novel! GAH I didn’t really think I needed more about russ from icebreaker but i’m so glad we got to know him more cause he’s actually FREAKING ADORABLE!! all in all - a cute, spicy, fun one!!"
"Just as cute as Icebreaker. Not as much spice, but the spice is worth the wait. Love the fact that the characters are emotionally mature despite what they are going through, so there is no conflict that could have been resolved if they just communicated better leading to a third act breakup. Russ is adorable and I want one! 8/10."
