"Goofy yet fun. The beginning is a bit much and I hate the singing moment at the end, but the rest is enjoyable. I love the new characters they make watching it worth it. A few can be a bit cringey at times but the rest of the time makes up for it. The villain is annoying yet funny still. Not completely so but enough I smile when I think of him. I also thought the water park was a fun addition. The ending moments at the water park aren't as much, and they sometimes make me want to fast forward through it. I even will do that Like when everyone comes together now and then. Its supposed to be touching but I cant take it seriously. You're not supposed to because it is a light hearted movie, yet I still have some expectations. I even will do that now and then. Despite that though, this is my favorite of the series (it's not hard to accomplish that but still) and the one that makes me like the series at all. I didn't care for the first installment so this helped get me back in it. I did rewatch the first one to try and enjoy this one more. Not a good idea but this one was good enough to make me want to rewatch the first. Don't get me wrong it is a lot of nonsense and you will cringe at least once. However, the jokes will hit at least once. The plot is worth paying attention to even if it is a kids movie. It's not genius or anything but you are invested in it. It did even manage to surprise a few times. I didn't expect certain things to happen or to happen so quickly. Still a fun time."
