"7/10 🌟 This is my kinda #SciFi‼️ Nice #action & good cheesy thrills & #suspense + gorgeous Scarlett Johansson! 💕💥 AND I LOVE THE PREMISE: When her boyfriend tricks her into delivering a briefcase to a supposed business contact, Lucy gets abducted by thugs who intend to turn her into a drug mule. She is surgically implanted with a package containing a powerful chemical, but it leaks into her system, giving her superhuman abilities, including telekinesis & telepathy. With her former captors in pursuit, Lucy seeks out a neurologist (Morgan Freeman), who she hopes will be able to help her."

"This was an interesting perspective on enhanced abilities and the potential correlation of enhanced cognitive abilities and the consequences. I enjoyed it. "

"I was gonna give this a 3 because although I enjoyed it. I feel like the concept didn’t really fit. I really do like how through out the movie you see her get smarter and gain more abilities. She also does do pretty cool things with them.But she is a literal god and I wish they focused more on just that. I feel like the actual plot doesn’t matter at that point. I did like the cheesy moments. Even if i was mainly focused on her powers. Scarlet Johansson it was cool to see her in this. Again I think a 3 definitely makes more sense. But I’m a simple person. If the scenes look cool then I enjoy it."
