"House is weird and fun, it feels like a horror soaked fairy tail written by a deeply troubled child in the best way possible! The off beat editing and odd choice of music can be quite disorienting but I think that it just adds to the odd ball charm this movie has. At times this movie feel like a moving art project more then a movie and If you aren't a fan of being confused I'd maybe skip this one."
"I've seen the poster a million times. Decided to see what the hype was about. Left the theater amazed. Scary? No. Campy? Yes. Dated? Not for 1977. Good? Great. Hausu oozes personality without a lull, and is ripe with old-school, mechanical effects to boot. It's like a live-action, anime version of The Wizard Of Oz. Definitely worth watching."
"This movie is not what I expected to be at all. Also, this isn't a movie for everyone, including myself. I thought it was well shot, the chemistry between the main cast felt real, and the movie doesn't take itself too seriously. The plot itself was a little too loose and could've leaned a little more into the horror aspect of the film rather than the comedy aspect. Overall, it's a fun watch after ripping a bong or two, just not as fun watching when sober. "
