"Brain Damage is the movie that inspired Malignant (2021). This 80's classic provides a much cheesier, imaginative storyline which is on par with the formula of that time. Though the ending is a bit too long, I prefer this version. It's so bad, it's good and doesn't take itself too seriously. Malignant on the other hand, unintentionally dissolves into a joke."
