"Arrival is much more than a typical science fiction tale. It dives deep into topics of communication, grief, choice, and the human experience, all set against the backdrop of a first-contact narrative. There isn't a ton of action, it is more of a thought provoking story, but well done. 7/10"

I didn't understand the first time viewing, this is my second time watching and understand a lot more. Nice sci-fi moving that is quite grounding to watch and see what unfolds through the eyes of Amy Adams character."
