"Pixar never misses. Loved the ‘00s nostalgia and boy band music (from Billie Eilish and Finneas). And go Pixar for talking about periods!"

"Good movie that some kids and maybe even parents will be able to relate to."

"I don’t watch many but was in the mood for an animated movie. Saw this was the highest rated of the year and went in blind. This movie tripped me out, not in a bad way, but in more ways than one. I spent a good portion of it wondering if it was really about what I thought it was about, this is the second movie in a row for me that was unknowingly about a 13 year old girl, looking for the many weed cookies and wondering if it was an homage or a straight rip off of Charles Schultz. Even so, it was really fun, a really different/cool animation style and 4town forever!"

"As soon as I saw this movie I knew it would become a movie I’d come back to over and over and over again. It felt like someone was finally talking about and looking at little girl culture with a lease of respect and as a 90s girlie myself it was like a breath of fresh air! My little girl self felt seen and that doesn’t happen often but when it does I’ll always come back to watch. #animation #family "

"really irritating and stressful viewed through the family drama lense but will make an excellent drunken comedy when I view it in the future. "

"I am not sure what to think about this movie🤔 It is very cheesy and kind of cringy. The main point is figuring out ones identity even if that means it’s not what someone else wants for you. Seeking the approval of parents is one myself and many others face. So there is a good lesson in this film, but it takes until the ending to actually get there. "

"It was good and interesting but definitely not for little kids"

"Pretty cute. A+ and kudos to Pixar for mentioning periods. Takes place in 2002! Couldve been better but was overall good. "
