despondent_hull shared a tip "This film is everything the original trailer sells you: Tom Hanks at the edge of extinction. It's not quite disaster pr0n and it keeps its eye on a hopeful horizon. Tense moments pop up along the way. For my tastes, it wastes a great opportunity to explore Hanks' ability to play a real villain and delivers him as a cantankerous, lovable coward who manages to teach some humanity to his android. The droid is more animated than Wilson and will make you smile, if not laugh. Give this one a go."

Much in the same way as in the films Chappie, The Animatrix or Ex Machina. However unlike in those films the feelings I felt over the treatment/relationship of man to other  were not of shame or guilt but rather love. Finch, shows the next step in the evolution of accepting another life form as equal."
