Having read up on some of the history of Elvis, and also some history from the Black perspective, I’m content with this passion project from Baz Luhrmann. Not fully satisfied, but for a biopic it delivers what you need to know and has the potential to introduce younger generations to Elvis and the Black musicians that influenced him. "
