Haunted Mansion

"The second film based off the ride the Haunted Mansion about a mother and her son moving to a mansion in Louisiana, though not knowing that it is haunted until after they set foot into the mansion. Worth watching as the story unfolds when others are asked to help exorcise or show that their are not there, though a mystery begins to uncovered that is centuries old and a plan about to come to a dark ending!"

"For my rating and review I'm not gonna compare it to the lovely original that starred Eddie Murphy and that's mainly because this was completely different. A very star studded cast, honestly with each character introduced I gasped with a "him/her/them too??" And even so, amongst all of them, Tiffany Haddish stole the show. She made me cry and laugh, which either just shows the bigger depth of her character or her amazing execution at portraying her. Then there was Owen Wilson, who I normally don't care to see ever, but he was enjoyable in this movie surprisingly. However, despite the cast, I still felt the film was a bit lacking. I still liked it, but wouldn't care to rewatch it. Instead I wish they'd gone a little more into the scary/horror realm cause I feel like it was set up really well for that but it never got scary. 6.5/10"

"The casting was amazing they chose it to perfection! The comedy was outstanding I was laughing throughout this whole film. The plot was great and we even got a resolution at the end so Im glad. The part leading up to who was the main ghost was dragged and from there up until close to the end it felt rushed, but the ending was heartwarming. Overall I enjoyed this film and it’s worth a watch!"
