" ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 This film was excellent for about the first 2/3. Stunningly photographed with an intriguing plot and just enough edge to know something’s not right despite, or really because of, the perfectly glossy veneer. Unfortunately Harry’s dance marks the point where it all turns into a hot hysterical mess..so jaw droppingly cringey and it just goes south from there. Too bad, I was enjoying what appeared would be a cool Stepford Wives take for a new millennium and also hoping for Olivia Wilde to actually be redeemed as a new visionary feminist voice in film despite all the critics. Maybe she can be but this isn’t it yet. "

"I was actually surprised, it's a good psychological thriller. The only thing I didn't really care for was the ending. It just didn't tie as much up as I wanted it to. "

"I took me a while to get to this one but glad I did. I simply worship Florence Pugh and she can just do no wrong in my eyes. This seemed very "Stepford wive"- esque in the beginning and didn't give away what was really going on here until much later in the film which was clever and then I was immediately triggered! Ugh! Men! Im gonna watch it with my husband and see if I can get some beef started (smile). Well done by all the actresses and actors and Olivia Wilde did a great job directing. It was both a haunting and gorgeous movie."

"I love movies like this where everything is not as it seems. Yes, it is somewhat predictable, but I loved it. Also, partially watched due to all the Olivia Wilde drama surrounding the film. Florence Pugh stole the show, as usual. "
