Andy Stitzer has a pleasant life with a nice apartment and a job stamping invoices at an electronics store. But at age 40, there's one thing Andy hasn't done, and it's really bothering his sex-obsessed male co-workers: Andy is still a virgin. Determined to help Andy get laid, the guys make it their mission to de-virginize him. But it all seems hopeless until Andy meets small business owner Trish, a single mom.

"I liked it when it came out, and I do appreciate other people with sexual hangups (like not particularly liking **** or masturbation), but I tried rewatching it recently and it’s just.. ok. I hate almost everyone around Andy for being misogynistic shallow jerks, and Andy isn’t really interesting enough to carry the movie himself. And I don’t like how the movie didn’t catch the characters joy in his own hobbies. I feel like that could have been a lot more fun."
