From Simon Callow's fantastic buffoonery, to John Hannah's stellar show as the heartbroken Matthew, a pitch perfect Kristin Scott Thomas as Fiona, and the tragic Charlotte Coleman who was sadly taken far too soon, they all are given the chance to shine by a script that's almost flawless. A truly landmark modern British film that stands the test of time."

"I was enjoying this movie and the fun interactions between the characters, but then there was cheating. This is my least favorite romcom trope. Someone else isn’t keeping you apart. Just leave them. Clearly you don’t love them or care about their feelings if you’re willing to cheat."
