Yuta Okkotsu is a nervous high school student who is suffering from a serious problem—his childhood friend Rika has turned into a curse and won't leave him alone. Since Rika is no ordinary curse, his plight is noticed by Satoru Gojo, a teacher at Jujutsu High, a school where fledgling exorcists learn how to combat curses. Gojo convinces Yuta to enroll, but can he learn enough in time to confront the curse that haunts him?

"Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a prequel movie, and even though I often don't like prequels, is really good. The story is very well executed, the animation is beautiful, and the characters are given a ton of depth. This might be a better intro to the show than the actual show. "

"The plot developed at an unreasonable level even for an overpowered character such as Yuta. There is no possible way that within the context of this movie Yuta learned how to beat someone like Geten, and how to use his cursed energy so effectively. Yuta could have benefited from a 6 to 8 episode spin off miniseries where his abilities are developed realistically."
