"Although this movie is a definite departure from the original TV series, the storyline kept the steampunk influence of the plots. Kevin Kline and Will Smith play the roles of the U.S. President, who have opposite personalities. They have to foil the outlandish plot of Kenneth Brannagh, who wants to make a nation of his own. The men chase after the affections of Selma Hayek, who has a dubious past. Although there were definitely some parts of the movie that did not fit, overall, it is a fun popcorn movie that I have watched many times just to laugh at its pure silliness."
