"I'm being very serious when I say the only good thing in this movie is Morgan Freeman, and even he is kinda disappointing just cause I feel super let down since I trusted his judgement when choosing to watch this movie. The writing of the story was a mess, there were too many points where they did things that didn't make sense for the sake of creating a twist that had zero impact. The directing also made some points of the story confusing, the acting wasn't great and the end felt even more stupid than the rest of it. 1/10 skip it "

"this played like a good tv movie, the veteran actors shined no surprise there, & not to give too much away but this is the best explanation of Dahmers behavior (whole family generational satanists from elite family in england) that they never gave in the recent series. I finally got an explanation for the killers motives in Shining Girls too. Let me add that this is a message film ment to take u down the rabbit hole & not to be oscar worthy. The ending was totally unexpected 6/10"
