Christine ShugartFelt disappointed. There was some hype behind this book, but story really wasn’t that great. It took too long to get to the point, and then I just felt disappointed with the end.

Christine ShugartGood thriller story line. read in one day, but only because I had to skip whole paragraphs with what felt like irrelevant information/details. At times the characters were frustrating, why does this matter, and I felt that way for too long. Everyone talked about how great of a read it was, so I had to finish. Most of it all ties together, but it felt so hard getting there. At the end, I felt, “oh, okay”. No jaw on the floor, like half the reviews I e watched.

Christine ShugartThis author!!! I went in not knowing much about the book, but I couldn’t put it down! Spicy thriller! Spice was 5/5. Story was 10/10! I read another one of her books and it was a favorite of mine. I’m so thankful I found her books!!!

(Side not: not excited to read the next book, Tuckers story. With who his FMC is and what happened in this book, seems disrespectful. I might just be too attached to this group of men, but I already don’t like the girl. I’ll take a break and sure I’ll read it eventually. I’m still sad.)

Christine ShugartThis book broke me. Made me reflect on my own life so much. Am I really happy, should I expect more? Is the lack of the MMC energy in my life something I could ever actually find? I have never related to something so much, but do these unicorn men really exist? The spice is 5/5. The FMC is so relatable. The MMC sounds too good to be true, but if it’s not….. and that’s what keeps you reading! Thank you for writing with us less than perfect women in mind.
