Elizabeth WhitingIt was a good coming of age tale. You saw a snapshot of the teens in a certain era. I felt for the characters. The story was well written, though I realize I am not in the mood for coming of age tales. It was still a really good book.

Elizabeth WhitingOohhh my goodness…. It was sooo slow after the first few chapters, but I am SO glad I stuck with it. Ohhh my.. I figured out some connections but not others!! And I really like how the ending was not nice and neat, but was very fitting given everything we had learned. This was a great read.
