Most incredible thing I’ve ever watched. It’s got badass women, a complicated romance, rebellious teens, scheming family members, near murders, and not to mention it’s a period piece. Tells the (likely dramatized) story of the first female Italian lawyer that manages to both be enraging and inspiring to a girl who wants to be a lawyer when she’s older. The relationships between Lidia and her brother felt like a real sibling relationship and romance with Jacopo kept me on the edge of my (and yelling at my phone like a maniac). The ending has me so confused and hoping Netflix doesn’t mess up again and not renew it.
