Nicole MercerThe Shepard King series really brought me out of my reading funk. It has the perfect mix of mystery, adventure, romance, and magic. Enough for the little girl within to create that magical world we used to fantasize about. This book was beyond good & I HIGHLY recommend to everyone. I’m not yet ready to leave behind Rayvn, Elspeth, Elm, or Ione quite yet.. but the series has ended and I enjoyed living amongst them in the pages.

I literally read it in 2 days, I accidentally bought book 2 and was so confused then realized there was a first book so picked it up and COULD NOT put it down, from the adventures that you want to join on to the love interest she fights, UGH!!! I couldn’t get enough! Ready at start book 2!!!
