"The acting is good but the medical aspect of it is lacking compared to that of other medical dramas. I love The Resident, House, Chicago Med, The God Doctor, and Scrubs. Okay, the latter isn't a drama but still, it's better IMHO. I haven't watched enough Grey's Anatomy or Private Practice to really say how good they are but I'm betting they're better than Good Sam too since they've both been on the air for so long."
