"Really appreciate the character Irvine is when it comes to meeting and helping these people. Really enjoy the revisits as well. It's a feel good show but with good food and the remodeling is awesome. Hell, you learn to appreciate the other team members like his designers and Tom Bury as well who apparently could probably build a coliseum if he had the chance. "
