"I loved this series from back in the day, so original. Highly recommend. 10/10"

"My mum and I were looking for something to watch. I thought this had Dakota fanning in it, and the storyline seemed interesting. The kid is Elle Fanning, not Dakota. She does an ok job, but she is hardly in it.
The story itself kept me interested as to me it was original, and I wanted to see if the guy ever found his kid.
It was rather slow goings and seemed more book worthy than tv show. I'm sure the book would keep you hooked, this not so much.
It was good for a one time watch. "

"This was such a good show, but I had a couple of issues with it. I'm not going to get into them, though, because
a) they didn't take away any of my enjoyment of the show,
b) they are hard to discuss without giving spoilers,
c) and lastly, because the show was canceled after only three episodes to make room for Warehouse 13 and so the script may have been rewritten to fast forward a couple plotlines in order to give a more satisfying ending to the show. It's possible, though, that they didn't find out about the show being pulled until after the filming had been completed for these three episodes and this was actually how it was all supposed to go down. One thing the main character does at the very end of the finale makes me think they at least had time to go in and add that in. Again, not gonna spoil it for anyone.
The good news is that the most important plotline was completed to most people's satisfaction. The bad news is that there were several other plotlines going on that had a lot of intrigue, and we'll never get to see it played out. There are many unanswered questions and lots of room for a very interesting few seasons of this show.
I'm left happy I met this awesome cast of characters and sad that I won't get to know them better. I especially loved a couple of the owners of Objects, Wally, the owner of the bus ticket, and especially Harold, the owner of the comb. All in all, I'm glad I watched it. "

"Like so many indie gems, it was cut short far too quickly. If you're a writer in this genre it's especially worth a watch, because it's an example of how any macguffin can be made interesting with proper setting, characters, and conflict. "

"Seriously one of the most engaging miniseries I’ve ever seen. Wish it had been picked up by a network, but then again, maybe it’s best just the way it is."

"Slightly campy in terms of acting, but a really fun and mysterious limited series"
