"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Orville has got to be one of THE most underrated shows ever. If you like Star Trek or any of the 80s/90s space operas I promise you will love it! It’s definitely an homage and not a satire. There is humor and you will laugh but Seth MacFarlane takes the genre seriously, clearly a HUGE fan of the above shows. It’s done with so much love and respect. There’s an amazing expansive and epic feel too, thanks to the surprisingly exceptional score and special effects. The arc and plots are also compelling and well performed by the actors. I’m a huge fan of the genre too and I have to say it’s one of my top sci fi’s! "

"I watched the first season of this show and it was kind of a miss for me. Although, I'm a fan of Seth MacFarlane's cartoon series', this just felt like a goofy Star Trek rip off. Not my thing. 4/10"

Orville is sincerely funny, innovative as far as sci-fi/space travel is concerned, and each episode hosts unique and genuinely interesting predicaments. It's a pleasure to watch. And yes, still maintains an "adult" vibe. "

"Maintaining its title as the best Star Trek show on television that isn’t even Star Trek once again, the triumphant return of the Orville was a highly anticipated return for me that did not disappoint! Would like a bit more planetary variation in the next season, but what was here was great, love the characters, love the writing, love the stories. I’m honestly starting to wish they just gave actual Star Trek to Seth instead of whatever blockbuster action hack of the week they pawn it off too."
