In Los Angeles, a gang of bank robbers who call themselves The Ex-Presidents commit their crimes while wearing masks of Reagan, Carter, Nixon and Johnson. "You get Keanu and Patrick together. Also a little cameo by Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers is fun to watch out for. Patrick's, Bodhi character was my favorite. Gary Busey and Lori Petty nicely round out the main cast. I've seen this many times. "
