Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

"I just watched this on Peacock streaming , and I was really impressed at the vibrant imagination of the story. Puss in Boots is starting to feel his mortality as he realizes his adventures may soon come to an end. The voice acting was great, the characters reminded me of the Shrek-verse, and the movie is good for young and old alike. "

"This one has some laugh out loud moments early on, before the adventure part kicks in. Some of the animation was jumpy and not as smooth as it should be, and some was really well rendered. The voice acting was good overall but Antonio Banderas' voice really brings the character to life. The story and characters were interesting as well. I give it an 8/10."

"A good continuation of the previous movies and shows. You can definitely see where it's going to go/tie in at the very end of the movie. The adventure and comedy is still very present in the movie."

"I waited so long to see this. It was not worth the wait. There are 5 life lessons hidden in this movie that kids should learn. The animation was jumpy, no fluidity in the movements what so ever. It was amazing artistry, but gave me a headache. At least it wasn’t anything like incredibles 2, that made me physically ill. I think kids will love this, but adults not so much. "

It was fun, creative, visually stunning beyond belief (I’m talking spider-verse level animation), it was heartwarming, terrifying… it was incredible. I heard that people were liking this movie but I never expected it to be this good. All of the subplots were so fun and interesting. The characters were all great, old and new. I’m in love with this movie. I know it probably won’t win any awards but it honestly should. This is some of the best dreamworks content I’ve seen in a long time. If this is their potential, I want to see more of this kind of stuff. I’m addicted to the visual style of this movie. It’s so textured and unique. It works great for the puss in boots style action. Excellent action as well, wow. Just wow. I’m blown away. Go watch this movie!"
