My only problem was the portrayal of Max Baer, he was actually a good person like James but here he was portrayed as evil simply to add drama and that’s really unfair. Otherwise it was a great film."

My favorite line in the movie is during his fight with John Henry Lewis, Lewis’ trainer asks him why he’s having so much trouble when he ko’ed him so easily last time. He replies, “That isn’t the same man I fought last time.” That’s because Braddock was fighting to feed his family, and pay his electricity, and etc… "
