"*WARNING THIS REVIEW WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS* I really enjoyed this one. This was the first colleen hoover book that caught my eye(mainly because of the new cover with he flower) almost 1-2 years ago now and I never got around to purchasing it but I'm so glad I finally got it this year. I starts off great with her fiancée cheating but in that moment she meets the love of her life and I love it! Graham has undeniably love for her and it shows so much throughout the book with his patience and care for her. I felt my heart breaking for Quinn because it hurts to know that she struggles with infertility and then she goes and has a miscarriage which leads to her not being able to conceive anymore. This literally made me choke up, I had to close the book for a few minutes before I could continue. Not being able to have kids or going through a miscarriage has been a fear of mine for a while and this just helps me see how people like Quinn and Graham struggle through it. This has become one of my favorites by her now. Loved it!"
"I have so many different feelings surrounding All Your Perfects. The story was very emotional and my heart ached for what Quinn and Graham were going through. I really enjoyed the switches between “Then” and “Now” chapters which flipped between happier times and the sad current reality of Quinn and Graham’s relationship. However, I will say the relationship seemed very one sided throught most of their message and that made me very sad. Also, the quip about therapy not working rubbed me the wring way. You get out of therapy what you put in. It can be really difficult at times but that struggle is what eventually helps your current situation in life. It seemed to me like Quinn never really tried in therapy. She was clearly depressed and although therapy cannot give you a child, it can help you deal with that grief and devastation. I also thought the whole concept of Quinn becoming happier just because she chose to felt inadequate. She had been in a deep depression for years and those thoughts and feelings don’t go away in a few weeks. I still loved the overall story don’t get me wrong! I just wish those few things were handled differently."
