"This is an interesting movie. The story is told mostly through the lense of a documentary and through the serial killers snuff tapes. Due to how hard this movie was to find before it was rewarded a proper release in 2017, a few scenes got passed around the internet in the late 2000's and were assumed to be real. It's a cool piece of internet history, even if the movie itself isn't amazing. "
