Worth watching as one masked hero in a cape saves a civilian and brings her under his wing, taking on the government and have his plans free the people but at what price?!"

The original comic book was steeped in British politics to the point where I didn’t understand it. They should have made their own story to fit with the (then) current times. "I liked this take on a dystopian UK. It was a terrifying thought that one’s government could be that power-hungry to do those things to its own people but unfortunately, it’s also a very plausible one. The whole mystery of V and the government plot that created him was fascinating to watch unfold. Natalie Portman was great, but it was quite disorientating to hear her speak with a British accent. I also loved the cinematography. Side note: I feel weird admitting this, but V is definitely a hear-me-out for me. His mysterious nature and how suave he was was extremely attractive. There was just something about him and his mask. "
