Nikki NogardeI absolutely loved this book so much, except for the ending, which maybe fell a little flat. Everything else was awesome tho. I loved the main character, it was so easy to emphasize with him and care about him. I loved the prose, I wish I could write prose like that. Also, at one point there's the word "yeeted" which as a gen-zer I found to be hilarious. The book overall is pretty funny, and yet at times it's also very beautiful. The only other review on this book so far mentions the world feeling small, which is fair, but it didn't really hamper my enjoyment. It was the ending that did that for me, though there is a distinct possibility I didn't understand it fully and I'll like it better when I reread it. I'm definitely rereading this. 9.5/10
