EmmyI loved this series as a whole but i didn’t love this one as much. i loved the ending though.

EmmyThis book was like hunger games, divergent and the maze runner all together. not shocking at all. i wanted to like this book but for being over 400 pages it just seemed to drag on and on. It was alright, didn’t 100% hate it but probably won’t finish the series.

EmmyI really enjoyed this. i’m newer into fantasy but i thought this book did the magic and world building really well. Ravyn Yew is amazing first off. and i love the idea of the “monster” in her head. would definitely recommend this to anyone who is a fantasy lover. I would have given it 5 stars if there was more of a romance build up. i like the slow burn but they didn’t get to be together long enough until the nightmare took over. still looking forward to reading the next book!!
