luna 🌙Maura always does an exceptional job when it comes to her books but Luca & Valentina’s story didn’t intrigue me as much as the first (Ares & Raven) & third book (Dion & Faye). Out of the Windsors’ series, TUM would have to my most favorite, the wrong bride then temporary wife. While each book has their own unique stories, I do see a little repetitiveness as mentioned by other reviewers. Nonetheless it was still enjoyable! While book 1 & 3, Grandma Anne didn’t annoy me - I did find her a little annoying in this one. What I loved most from this book, was that Val’s family (aside from her father) were very loving towards her & she didn’t come from a messed up family compare to book 1 & 3. Once again, the Windsors siblings succeeds in winning my heart, especially the moment of heart to heart shared between Dion & Val. Luca & Val’s relationship had a lot of insecurities but I’m glad they were able to work through it & fight until the end. The 10 years later epilogue was a bonus to the story! Easily one of my top favorite series this year.
