The acting is top-notch, and the storytelling is incredibly well-written, capturing the hardships of pioneer life while weaving in moments of romance. Isabel May is the standout, delivering a compelling performance as both the narrator and daughter. LaMonica Garrett and Martin Sensmeier are nice to look at as well 😍While I lost interest in Yellowstone, this prequel completely won me over. The breathtaking vistas bring the Wild West to life, offering a cinematic experience that deepens my respect for the early pioneers and the sacrifices they made in shaping our country.

MaggieMaybe I’ve watched too many “Alone” episodes but I could not believe how little these contestants know about survival. They receive a net and don’t try to catch fish? Their shelters are nothing but a tarp and they freeze their buns off. If I enjoyed camping and being cold I would apply for the next season 😂
